About the Institute

The EMPOWER YOUR LIFE-INSTITUTE was founded with the aim of exploring and improving human health and well-being at all levels.

We investigate, inform, and promote methods of self-help and self-empowerment as well as new and current techniques to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. In doing so, we aim to alleviate human suffering, help people in need and lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.

Our free membership gives you access to a wealth of information on improving your health and wellbeing and methods of self-empowerment. These are designed to improve your life for the better, achieve your goals and improve your life on all levels.

These self-help methods are suitable for everyone, including families with children. We make no distinction in terms of age, gender, or cultural background.

In addition, we raffle off an energy self-help session among members every month.

About me

I am Silke Maria Haas, President of the Institute and I am pleased to welcome you on this platform.

Through my profession as an osteopath, therapist, and coach, I have been accompanying people with problems in all areas of life for almost 30 years. In particular, I observe the detrimental effects of stress and personal problems on health and well-being.

With the foundation of the Empoweryourlife- Institute I want to contribute to helping sensitive and conscious people, especially families with children, to overcome stress, to manage problems with ease and lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life.

The vision of our association is that everyone should be able to change their lives for the better and come into their power. With energetic methods of self-empowerment, it is possible to achieve this change with ease, joy and grace.

These methods can be applied to all areas of life, such as body and health, relationships, abundance and wealth, family and parenthood, and personal development and growth.
